Wellness Coaching – Wellbeing Coaching is a free service through the Office of Wellbeing that is available for students, faculty, and staff on the Reynolda campus.

18,500 square feet of cardio and weight equipment on 4 floors, and nearly 100 pieces of cardio equipment with integrated technology

Fitness classes in renovated exercise studios and a new cycle studio

A bouldering wall and a climbing wall

An enlarged and improved swimming pool plus a large vortex whirlpool

2 gymnasiums and 2 multipurpose activity courts

Comfortable lounge spaces including a large 3,000 square-foot living room with a fireplace

Three flexible classroom spaces and several conference rooms

For mental health assistance: 336-758-CARE (2273) is a service that ensures someone will always be available (i.e., 24/7 M-F, weekends and university holidays) to provide caring and thoughtful consultation services for Wake Forest students in need of mental health assistance or support.
