Resident Students:
Parking permits for students who will live on-campus in the spring will be available to purchase online beginning Wednesday, January 3, 2024, at 9:00 a.m. After purchasing your permit online, you are required to visit Transportation and Parking Services to pick up your permit. Permits will not be mailed. Your WFU ID will be required to pick up the permit. These permits are $285.00 for the spring semester and expire May 20, 2024.
Commuter Students:
On-campus commuter parking permits for upperclassmen students who were abroad in the fall will not be sold online. You must visit Transportation and Parking Services with your WFU ID to register your vehicle. Lobby hours are Mon. – Thurs. 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. and Friday 8:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. The cost is $285.00 for the spring semester and expires May 20, 2024.
Off-campus parking permits for upperclassmen students who live off-campus in the spring and didn’t purchase in the fall, will be available to purchase online beginning Wednesday, January 3, 2024, at 9:00 a.m. There are two off-campus parking permit options, which expire on May 20, 2024:
- Off-campus parking (OC) at Winston Salem First Church/Designated area of Reynolda Village ($172.50 for the spring semester)
- Evening parking (EV) after 4:00 p.m. on weekdays ($42.50 for spring semester).
First-Year and Sophomore Students:
Parking permits for students who will live on-campus in the spring and didn’t purchase in the fall will be available to purchase online beginning Wednesday, January 3, 2024, at 9:00 a.m. After purchasing your permit online, you are required to visit Transportation and Parking Services to pick up your permit. Permits will not be mailed. Your WFU ID will be required to pick up the permit. These permits are $172.50 for the spring semester and expire Monday, May 20, 2024.

- Any student who purchases a spring permit will be required to purchase a summer permit if attending summer sessions. The spring-only permits will expire on May 20, 2024.
