Welcome to Wake
Wake Forest University Information Systems (WFUIS) is the primary campus resource for all your computing needs. We'd like to share some important information that will be helpful as you arrive and settle in!
|
|
Connect to the campus network
For unrestricted bandwidth to campus and Internet services, look at the Wi-Fi options and choose WFUwireless - sign in with your WFU username (not full email address) and password.
Family and friends should choose WFUguest, an open wireless network for our campus guests who want quick and easy access to the Internet. WFUguest does not require a password. This option is not intended for students because access to internal campus network resources is restricted and moderate bandwidth limitations are in place for this network.

To connect your wireless devices to the campus network, you will need to use the MyDevices Portal. Wake Forest uses an encryption standard WPA2 Enterprise that many devices do not support such as Xbox and PlayStation devices.
