Congratulations to our newest additions to the Wake Forest Alumni Association! Graduation weekend marked a joyful and memorable occasion for our Deacon families as we celebrated the accomplishments of the Class of 2025 with a wonderful graduation ceremony. As we move into the quieter summer months on campus, Karin and I reflect on another successful year for Wake Forest and express our appreciation for an engaged and supportive parent and family constituency. As your students prepare for their summer adventures, we extend our warmest wishes for a happy and healthy summer for all. And for our families of our newest Demon Deacons eager to head to campus in August, be sure to pay attention to summer deadlines and important dates on the New Students website!

From the University Counseling Center:
- The University Counseling Center continues to be a support to students who desire to talk to a professional about a multitude of things. Due to licensure restrictions, we are only able to offer therapy services to students who will be in the state of North Carolina. We offer same-day scheduling for virtual or in-person appointments during office hours, Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. We also offer an after-hours counselor-on-call after 5:00 p.m. on weekdays and 24 hours a day on weekends and university holidays/closures.
- Please follow our Instagram for more information and content!
From the Office of Personal and Career Development (OPCD):
- Is your Wake Forest student or recent graduate seeking career support this summer? Our Career Team is here to help! We offer personalized guidance to assist with everything from figuring out career goals to polishing resumes and developing search strategies. Plus, they'll still have access to opportunities in Handshake and networking guidance. Please encourage them to connect with us for a successful transition. For more, see the OPCD website.
From Residence Life and Housing:
- As one chapter closes for the Class of 2025, another opens for our continuing and incoming students. This month, we celebrate our graduating Deacs, welcoming our incoming Deacs, and sharing some important reminders for our continuing students.
- For those of you with a student graduating, please know that you and your Deac will always have a home away from home here on campus.
- We offer special thanks and congratulations to our graduating RA’s and Graduate Staff. We are deeply grateful for their commitment to our communities and the residential experience of our students.
From Deacon Health:
