Belonging and Inclusion Climate Evaluation survey coming in January 2024 — As part of our commitment to institutional assessment and actions that demonstrate inclusive excellence, Wake Forest has partnered with Rankin Climate to administer a climate survey as part of the Belonging and Inclusion Climate Evaluation in mid-January 2024. Climate surveys focus on the feelings, relationships and tensions experienced by the various constituents of a community. Wake Forest will use the data from this survey to influence how we evaluate a variety of initiatives, structures and opportunities to enhance the experiences of students, staff and faculty. We urge all students to complete the survey promptly when they receive it in mid-January because we need a strong participation rate to ensure the data we collect is representative of all our community members’ experiences. They can work on their personal branding (e.g., resume, LinkedIn, and Handshake profiles), learn new skills, search for opportunities and networking connections, and make progress on their career growth by meeting with a career coach. By doing so, they’ll be well-prepared for the Spring semester. Encourage your student to make the most of this break and visit our website to learn more about the resources and tools available and how to get started.
